Paying with Bitcoin
A payment walkthrough, without the guesswork
Bitcoin payments are simple once you know which moments matter. Here's what happens after you press Pay.
Read the full walkthrough- 1
The invoice opens
A hosted invoice shows the coins and networks available, the exact amount and a countdown.
- 2
Send exactly what it shows
Same network, full amount — check your wallet isn't subtracting the fee.
- 3
Wait for confirmation
On-chain payments need network confirmation. We show pending honestly until it's confirmed.

Lightning or on-chain? How to tell what a checkout actually accepts
Most failed crypto payments aren't fraud or bugs — they're a mismatch between what the wallet sent and what the invoice expected.

Is your phone ready for an eSIM? Checking support and carrier unlock
Two checks, about two minutes. Do them before you buy, not at the airport.
Why are prices in US dollars?
USD is the authoritative price for every plan. If you pay in Bitcoin or another supported cryptocurrency, the payment invoice converts the USD total at the time it's created. We only show a BTC estimate on the site when it's backed by a live, timestamped rate; otherwise we leave it out.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I pay with?
Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies are available through a hosted payment invoice. The exact coins and networks are shown on the invoice for your order — use only what the invoice lists. You can also pay by card.
Can I pay with Lightning?
Only if the payment invoice for your order offers it. We don't promise a specific network in advance; check the invoice before sending. Our Lightning vs on-chain guide explains how to tell.
Is paying with Bitcoin anonymous?
No. Bitcoin transactions are recorded publicly, payment providers may perform their own checks, and we keep the details needed to deliver and support your order. See our privacy notice for what we collect.
When do I receive my eSIM?
After the payment is confirmed. For card payments this is usually quick; on-chain crypto payments need network confirmation, which varies. Your QR code is then emailed and shown on the order status page.
Will an eSIM work on my phone?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Our compatibility page shows how to check both on iPhone and Android in a couple of minutes.
