What we collect

• Your email address, to deliver your eSIM and contact you about your order.
• Order details: plans purchased, amounts, payment status and eSIM identifiers needed to deliver, support and top up your service.
• Messages you send through the support form.
• Payment information is handled by our payment providers (card processor or crypto payment processor), who may carry out their own checks under their own policies.

Not anonymous

Paying with cryptocurrency does not make a purchase anonymous. Blockchain transactions are publicly recorded, and we keep order records as described here.

On this device

Your basket selections (plan IDs and quantities) are stored in your browser's local storage, and a checkout reference is kept for the browser session so a retry doesn't create a duplicate payment. We don't use advertising trackers.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To make a request, use the support form.
