FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why are prices in US dollars?

USD is the authoritative price for every plan. If you pay in Bitcoin or another supported cryptocurrency, the payment invoice converts the USD total at the time it's created. We only show a BTC estimate on the site when it's backed by a live, timestamped rate; otherwise we leave it out.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I pay with?

Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies are available through a hosted payment invoice. The exact coins and networks are shown on the invoice for your order — use only what the invoice lists. You can also pay by card.

Can I pay with Lightning?

Only if the payment invoice for your order offers it. We don't promise a specific network in advance; check the invoice before sending. Our Lightning vs on-chain guide explains how to tell.

Is paying with Bitcoin anonymous?

No. Bitcoin transactions are recorded publicly, payment providers may perform their own checks, and we keep the details needed to deliver and support your order. See our privacy notice for what we collect.

When do I receive my eSIM?

After the payment is confirmed. For card payments this is usually quick; on-chain crypto payments need network confirmation, which varies. Your QR code is then emailed and shown on the order status page.

Will an eSIM work on my phone?

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Our compatibility page shows how to check both on iPhone and Android in a couple of minutes.

My payment page says pending. Has it failed?

Pending means the payment hasn't been confirmed yet — common for on-chain Bitcoin. Keep the status page open or come back later and look up your order. Don't send a second payment to the same invoice.

What if I underpaid or my invoice expired?

Neither counts as a successful payment and the eSIM isn't issued automatically. For an expired invoice, start a new checkout. For an underpayment, contact support with your order number.

Can I top up later?

Where the network supports it, top-up plans appear on the usage page for your eSIM. Find your order ID through order lookup first.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests are reviewed individually through the support form. See the refund policy for what to include. Your statutory rights are not affected.
